Description:This webinar will examine bone health during the perimenopausal transition, a critical window of accelerated bone loss and skeletal adaptation. Presentations will review the hormonal and cellular mechanisms underlying perimenopausal bone loss, clinical approaches to assessment and prevention, and recent evidence from trials evaluating zoledronic acid for bone preservation. Each presentation will last approximately 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute question-and-answer session.
