Description:This educational webinar is designed for early career endocrinologists and trainees seeking a foundational understanding of hormone therapy for the treatment of gender incongruence in clinical practice. The session will begin with a concise overview of core principles, including physiologic considerations, commonly used hormone regimens, monitoring strategies, risk assessment, and alignment with established professional standards of care.
Following the introductory overview, participants will engage in a series of 3–4 interactive clinical cases that illustrate practical, guideline-based approaches to initiating and managing hormone therapy for gender dysphoria across common clinical scenarios.
