Clinical Endocrine Update (CEU) Cancellation, Transfer and Exchange Policy

 The Endocrine Society (“Society”) reserves the right to accept, reject, or condition acceptance of any registrant, at the Society’s sole discretion, at any time.

The Endocrine Society (“Society”) reserves the right to accept, reject, or condition acceptance of any registrant, at the Society’s sole discretion, at any time. 

 
Registration Cancellation/Refund Policies 
The Endocrine Society will review cancellation requests to determine full or partial refund eligibility. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@endocrine.org. Once processed, a registration cancellation will annul registration to Clinical Endocrinology Update (“CEU”) as well as any related events, products, or services purchased in conjunction with that registration. 

If a registrant wishes to re-register for specific events hosted in conjunction with CEU he/she/they may do so in accordance with CEU policies.  Products may be purchased through the Society’s online store and/or learning management system if available. 

Cancellations before July 26, 2024

Cancellations requested before 11:59 pm ET on July 26, 2024, are eligible for a full refund less a $75 USD processing fee.  
 
Cancellations between July 27 – September 18, 2024
Cancellations requested between 12:01 am ET on July 27, 2024, and 11:59 pm ET on September 18, 2024, are eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 USD processing fee. 
 
Cancellations after September 18, 2024

Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, the Society will not issue cancellation refunds for registrations, or other ticketed events submitted after 11:59 pm ET on September 18, 2024. 

 

Registrants who provide written notification to the Endocrine Society for the following circumstances may receive a full refund less a $75 USD processing fee: 

·                     A death in the family 

·                     Personal injury or personal sudden illness 

·                     Acts of God, war, pandemics, or government-mandated travel restrictions 

 

Cancellations requested for other reasons will be reviewed by the Endocrine Society to determine eligibility for full or partial refunds.  Cancellation requests submitted after September 18, 2024, will be reviewed, and processed after CEU which is scheduled for September 19 – 21, 2024. All cancellation requests must be submitted by September 18, 2024 and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after September 18, 2024. 

 

CEU Registration Transfer

Registration transfers are not permitted. Registrants may instead submit a cancellation request in accordance with the CEU Cancellation and Refund policies.

Endocrine Board Review (EBR) Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policies 
The Endocrine Society will review cancellation requests to determine full or partial refund eligibility. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@endocrine.org. Once processed, a registration cancellation will annul registration to Endocrine Board Review (“EBR”) as well as any related events, products, or services purchased in conjunction with that registration. Registration includes a print EBR book and if cancelled, the return of the book must occur or payment for the portion of the book received. 

 

If a registrant wishes to re-register for specific events hosted in conjunction with EBR he/she/they may do so in accordance with EBR policies.  Products may be purchased through the Society’s online store and/or learning management system if available. 

 

Cancellations by July 26, 2024
Cancellations requested before 11:59 pm ET on July 26, 2024, are eligible for a full refund less a $75 USD processing fee.  
 
Cancellations between July 27 – September 5, 2024
Cancellations requested between 12:01 am ET on July 27, 2024, and 11:59 pm ET on September 5, 2024, are eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 USD processing fee.

Registration transfers are not permitted at EBR. Registrants may instead submit a cancellation request in accordance with the EBR Cancellation and Refund policies.
